What Inspired i-Aspire
Graduation is a big milestone. But for many students, it also comes with a new set of questions. How will my learnings help me at work? What will employers expect from me? Am I ready for my first interview or my first day on the job?
The challenge is often not a lack of knowledge. It is the unfamiliarity of stepping into a professional environment, understanding how teams work, how processes move, how tools are used, and how to communicate with confidence.
